Refund policy

30-DAY RETURN POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return shipping cost will be covered by you.

To be eligible for a return, you must return the goods in the same condition as you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and same quantity as when you received them. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

When your request for a return is accepted, returns will need to be shipped to the following address:

REFUNDS
Refunds will be transferred to the payment card with which the purchase was made, as soon as possible and no later than 10 business days after we have received the returned goods or, if received earlier, evidence from you that you have returned the goods. 
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we have approved your return, please contact us at: hello@blckwear.com

 

EXCHANGES
Once a return is accepted, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want, is to return the item you have, and then make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

EUROPEAN UNION  14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

COMPLAINT
If you have a complaint, please include a note with the reason for the return and your contact details when you return the item. This way we know the reason for your return and we can get in touch with you if we have any further questions.  

As a consumer, you have a two-year guarantee. Therefore, we also ask you to provide a receipt/invoice for the item that is the subject of the complaint. If you are unable to provide a copy of your receipt/invoice, please contact customer service.
